DRP radio-controlled dredges are the ideal solution for all situations where operators’ health must be safeguarded.
Theye are easily operated thanks to the remote control and the numerous control tools available according to the specific needs of the application.
DRP remote controlled dredges are available in different versions and can mount a wide range of DRAGFLOW electric pumps.
The small size and ease of assembly make it possible to use DRP in industrial basins, mining ponds and harbors.
The radio-controlled dredges are also available in the automated variant: thanks to a convenient software it is possible to operate the dredger remotely and check its operating status in real time.
Main characteristics
Small dimensions: easy to transport and put into operation, they are able to operate also in areas that would be difficult to access with larger dredgers. Thanks to the reduced draft they can easily work in shallow water.
High level of customization: DRPs can be equipped with GPS, video cameras security, jet ring system, position lights and other accessories based on customer needs.
Easy to maneuver at a distance thanks to the remote control: simple and intuitive controls allows to operate the dredger, the pump and the accessories.
Ability to automate pump movements and monitor job history through one special control panel.

SEDIMENT REMOVAL – DRP SERIES DREDGE
From November 2020 to March 2021, in The Wehra reservoir lies deep in the German Black Forest, sediments will be pumped over a distance of 2 km across the lake and up the dam. There they are then filtered and collected in geotextile bags.
The DRP Series Dredge will work fully automatically, unmanned and in 24-hour operation with a GPS and Echosounder based automation.
Controlling and real-time data recording of the dredge will be done from the Contractors Headquarter in Zurich. All eventually changes can be done via a 4G connection.
